Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and securely packaged in the original box with all labels and tags intact.
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during transit or if it does not match the description provided on the website.
Initiating a Return Request :
Send an email to sales.nokkx@gmail.com within the return window.
Mention your order number, reason for the return, and attach images of the product (if applicable).
Approval and Instructions :
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with the return address.
Shipping the Product Back :
Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided in the email.
Customers are responsible for arranging the courier service and ensuring safe delivery of the product.
Courier Charges Reimbursement :
Nokkx will reimburse the courier charges for the return based on the actual bill provided.
Please include the courier receipt in the return package or email it to sales.nokkx@gmail.com with your order details.
Reimbursement will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be initiated only after the product passes the quality inspection.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
Non-Eligible Returns :
Products that are damaged due to misuse or wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Customized products or items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
